5001 Natural Flower Rose Box

A foot toy is a smaller toy designed for your bird to hold and manipulate with their feet while sitting on a perch or play stand. They encourage natural foraging behavior, improve foot dexterity, and provide independent enrichment your bird can enjoy anywhere — no hanging required.

Our Crafted Wood foot toys are sized for medium to large parrots — African Greys, Amazons, Eclectus, Cockatoos, and Macaws. Each toy listing specifies the ideal bird size. The pieces are substantial enough for larger birds to grip comfortably with one foot.

We use only untreated, bird-safe hardwoods — primarily spruce, pine and fir sourced from U.S. suppliers. Our vegetable-tanned leather strips and stainless steel hardware contain no zinc, lead, or harmful chemicals. Every component is chosen with your bird's safety as the first priority.

Start by placing the foot toy on a flat surface near your bird — on top of their cage or a play stand works great. Let them investigate it on their own terms. Some birds pick it up immediately; others need a few days to get curious. You can also try offering it by hand during out-of-cage time. Once they start, most birds become foot toy obsessed!

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship via USPS at a flat rate. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our workshop in Plantation, Florida.
