Standard shipping is on us for all orders over $29.99. Because your bird shouldn’t have to wait for a deal.
Ships Within 24 Hours
We process and ship most orders within 24 hours of being placed. No warehouse delays.
3–5 Day Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days via USPS, with FedEx and UPS also available.
30-Day Returns
Not the right fit? Return or exchange unused items within 30 days — no hassle, no runaround.
Shipping Details
How We Get Your Order to You
Every order is packed by hand in our Plantation, Florida workshop. We primarily ship via USPS for reliable, affordable delivery across the country. For customers who prefer it, we also offer FedEx and UPS shipping options.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Orders over $29.99 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under that threshold, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Hassle-Free Return Policy
We want you and your bird to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unused items.
