5000 Pk2 Small Flat Wood Perch

Introducing the 5000 Pk2 Small Flat Wood Perch from Impeckable Bird Toys. This handcrafted set includes two flat natural wood platforms designed to support foot variation, comfort, and healthy rest for your bird.

Each perch is made from kiln-dried, heat-treated spruce, pine, or fir—bird-safe woods known for their strength and natural appeal. The smooth surface and clean edges offer birds a secure place to perch, nap, or even chew lightly. These perches are free from dyes and sealants, keeping your bird’s environment safe and simple.

At the top of each perch is a threaded metal screw core set into the wood, secured in place with a dab of hot glue to prevent loosening. Washers and a wingnut are included, making it quick and easy to attach the perch to horizontal or vertical cage bars. With one perch for each side of the cage or two levels, your bird will have options for rest and play.

The flat shape promotes natural movement and healthy foot posture, providing a break from curved dowels that can cause repetitive strain or pressure. These platforms offer physical comfort and encourage calm behaviors inside the cage.

The 5000 Pk2 Small Flat Wood Perch is a great addition for birds such as parrotlets, budgies, and lovebirds. Each set is individually handcrafted in our Florida shop using bird-safe materials and thoughtful construction techniques.
